Terms & Conditions

Welcome to From You Flowers. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. From You Flowers may amend these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of our website constitutes an agreement to abide by the amended Terms.

DELIVERY POLICY

Our commitment is to make gifting simple and transparent. That's why standard delivery is FREE on every order, Australia-wide.

Order Cut-Off Times

The cut-off time for next-day delivery is 4:00 pm in the delivery location's time zone on the day prior to delivery. Orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed for next-day delivery.

Please note: Some remote locations may require additional transit time. We will notify you during business hours if we anticipate a delay in delivering your order.

Delivery Schedule

Our couriers generally deliver during the following times:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (for business addresses) and up to 9:00 pm (for residential addresses).
  • Saturday & Sunday: We do not deliver on weekends, except during special events like Mother's Day and Valentine's Day.

We do not deliver on national public holidays.

Delivery Process & Instructions

Our couriers do not call prior to delivery. Please ensure the recipient's details are correct and that they will be available to receive the gift.

  • If the Recipient is Not Home: Our courier will leave the flowers in a secure, sheltered location at the address if it is safe to do so. If no such location is available, a calling card will be left to arrange redelivery.
  • Incorrect Address & Redelivery Fees: If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by you, a redelivery fee of $15.99 will apply to resend the order. If the original flowers are perishable and a new arrangement is required, you will be responsible for the cost of the new product as well.

High-Volume Occasions

Standard delivery parameters do not apply to major floral events like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Please check our website for specific cut-off times during these periods and order in advance to ensure timely delivery.

ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Changes

Please double-check all delivery and message details before placing your order. If you need to make a change, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. An administration fee of $10.00 may apply for changes requested after this period.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. The following fees apply:

  • A $25.00 cancellation fee applies if the order is cancelled more than 36 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
  • The full cost of the order will be charged if the order is cancelled less than 36 hours before delivery.

We are unable to cancel any order that has already been prepared or is with our courier for delivery.

REFUNDS & QUALITY GUARANTEE

We stand by the quality of our flowers and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, please email us at wecare@fromyouflowers.au within 3 days of delivery. Your email must include your order number and a photo of the product you received.

Our customer care team will review your concern and respond within 24-48 business hours. For approved quality issues, we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a replacement product, a store credit, or a refund, as determined on a case-by-case basis and in line with Australian Consumer Law.

ALCOHOL POLICY

To purchase or receive any product containing alcohol, you must be 18 years of age or older. By purchasing an item containing alcohol, you warrant to From You Flowers that you and the intended recipient are both over the age of 18. You indemnify From You Flowers for any loss or damage resulting from a breach of this warranty.

CORPORATE ORDERS & INVOICING

For Corporate Partners with an approved invoicing account, by clicking "Submit Order," you agree to pay the total amount invoiced upon receipt. Failure to remit payment or abuse of Corporate discounts will result in the termination of the account. You will remain responsible for any outstanding payments at the time of termination.
