Ordering
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our beautiful collections, select your favourite flowers, add them to your cart, and follow the prompts at checkout. You'll be guided through providing delivery details, a personal card message, and secure payment information.
Can I order over the phone?
While our website is the quickest way to order 24/7, we are more than happy to help you place an order over the phone. Please call our customer care team during our business hours (8 am - 4 pm AEST/AEDT, Monday to Friday). You can find our number on the Contact Us page.
What information is needed for a successful delivery?
To ensure your gift arrives without a hitch, please provide the following:
- The recipient's full name.
- The complete and accurate delivery address (including any unit numbers or business names).
- The recipient's phone number (this is very helpful if our courier needs to make contact).
- Your desired delivery date.
- Your personal card message.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your purchase. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Products & Availability
Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?
The photos on our website represent the style, size, and colour palette of each arrangement. Because we work with the freshest seasonal blooms, slight variations in shade or the specific flower type may occur. Our expert florists are committed to creating your arrangement as closely as possible to the image, always ensuring it is of equal or greater value. This is part of the natural beauty of floral design!
What happens if a specific flower is unavailable?
To ensure your gift is delivered on time and looks stunning, we may need to substitute a flower or gift item due to seasonal availability. We promise to always use a similar item of equal or greater value that maintains the overall aesthetic and feeling of your chosen design. For more details, please see our Substitution Policy.
How do I care for my flowers?
We want your beautiful blooms to last! For detailed tips, please visit our Flower Care Guide. The basics are: re-cut the stems on an angle, change the water every two days, and keep your flowers away from direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
From You Flowers delivers across Australia, to both metro and most regional areas. You can confirm delivery to your desired postcode during the checkout process.
What are your delivery fees?
It's FREE! Standard delivery is our gift to you and is complimentary on every single order, Australia-wide. In the rare case that a redelivery is required due to incorrect address information, a fee may apply. For full details, see our Delivery Policy.
What are your delivery times?
Our couriers deliver between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Saturday. We do not typically deliver on Sundays or public holidays, except for special events like Mother's Day.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time due to courier routes and potential delays, you can add a note at checkout and we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
If the recipient isn't home, our courier will leave the flowers in a secure, sheltered location if it is safe to do so. If no such place is available, we will contact you or the recipient to coordinate the best course of action. Please see our Delivery Policy for more information.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at wecare@fromyouflowers.au. We can accommodate most requests as long as the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched by our floral team. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for our detailed cancellation policy.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, and Afterpay through our secure online checkout.
Is my information secure?
Absolutely. Our website is protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, and all payments are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant gateway. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Your privacy and security are our top priority.
Returns & Refunds
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We stand by the quality of our flowers and are committed to your satisfaction. If you have any concerns, please email us at wecare@fromyouflowers.au within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the product. We assess every situation individually and will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
